The heat capacity of that disc must be atrocious. 20% less mass to handle the heat, coupled with the loss of the cooling features of the Shimano rotor.
i have a similar, chinese version only 95gr but the large shape make the pad contact poor, so the pad glaze, have to put back the exact shimano rotor you remove
Durability could be an issue here. Ti is great for applications requiring high strength to weight ratio and corrosion resistance, but it would be a poor choice for uses as a friction surface as the relevant property is "hardness", and Ti alloys are about half as hard as steels (Ti galls and scratches more easily). I wonder if only the center spider is Ti and not the actual friction surface (?). In any case, please do share your experience with wear rate.
IIIPRO also made one center lock light weight disc. i not yet try it, but by looking it similar with kactus one. and they are so cheap. 140 76gram only

Definitely not for me. But for anyone living somewhere flat, or a very light climber that barely brakes and descents shouldn't have an issue.
We gram saving just doesn’t seem worth it in. Y book
Good video sir, Do you do tool reviews? We'd love to invite you to review our portable air pump
Looks like a nice rotor would be interesting to hear how they fperform

The braking surface is steel.
@@FreeToCycle That makes sense. It should work fine then.
😊Okay....what happens if the spider web warps or breaks during DH.....and at 70 kmh

Could you make video about your tools and grease that use?
