Being only 17 and focused on school I have no idea what it feels like to be in love but... I like to imagine it feels like this. For a brief moment in life I can sit by the window and feel content. For just a moment I can look up from the books and see the world around me. I can feel like the Im not the only person in the world anymore. I don't have to worry about tests or exams or homework or the future. For the just the shortest of flashes I can close my eyes and not see equations and chemical formulas and essays. Thank you for making me feel this way.
See, I am lucky. My emotions are shut off so I don't do relationships, I don't worry about grades because I focus my studies after school, and I can still enjoy a good song. We should all be emotionless intellectuals who like music.

Crush Thy Flowers Love can truly change a person. Some of my friends already have themselves someone they can truly care for. Im jealous and happy for them. I have a friend who, if i had to describe in one word then that word would be “apathetic.” He cared for no one and never made any effort to do anything unless he was told to. He relied on other people to give him objectives. He never said it out loud but i could tell that if no one told him to eat, he would just starve. But then he met this girl. The changes were subtle at first. Little things anyone but his closest friends would miss. Then he started to do more and more without anyone telling him. In five months of being with her he had changed into an entirely different person. I asked him, “why?” Why would he change the way he was for that one person. He said, “because she’s worth the change.” In a span of a few months this wonderful girl changed my friend into who he was meant to be. A fun loving, out going friendly friend. Im really glad she found her way into our lives. I dont know whats become of them for a few months now. I recently moved and studies have kept me busy. Maybe I’ll contact them soon, see how their doing. I hope I can find someone like that. Someone I’m willing to pull myself together for. But thats in the future. All there is in the present for me are books and papers.

Asexuality is a spectrum that goes from mild disinterest toward sex to totally not feel any interest what so ever for any form of relationship. And yeah, when I was in the worst part of my ptsd I was asexual and it is waaaaaaay more pleasant than living the rat race. I hate feeling in love or missing it, it just brings troubles down the line.
I've been going through some tough times recently, failing exams, family insulting the way I live and all in all being bullied for what I look like, but this music gave me the escape I needed, a place to relax and just putting any one of these songs on can relax me and somewhat tell me everything is OK. I hope everyone is doing OK today 💜

There are nights where I don't even know how I feel. It's a mixture of sadness, emptiness, exhaustion, contentedness and wonder. I just find myself looking out the window enjoying the cold breeze in the total silence of the night. then I wake up in the morning not remembering a single detail of what occured the night before. Then after a few months, all the memories of those nights just come flying back to my head

It's wonderful how music can take you to places you've never been and have feelings that are nostalgic and familiar
There are nights where I don't even know how I feel. It's a mixture of sadness, emptiness, exhaustion, contentedness and wonder. I just find myself looking out the window enjoying the cold breeze in the total silence of the night. then I wake up in the morning not remembering a single detail of what occured the night before. Then after a few months, all the memories of those nights just come flying back to my head
No matter how many times I listen to a City Girl album, I can never get tired of them ❤It always makes me feel so chill and lovely and girly lol. When I tell people I listen to City Girl, I mean this one. Not the other ones lol

After a long day of school and work, sometimes I like to get lost hearing music that vibe with my mood. This is one them musics that I end up being lost to that time passes by but it’s such a relaxing feeling.
