I started listening to City Girl a year ago when I was going through a rough time mentally. When I first met my fiance back then, this was the first City Girl album I showed him. Ever since then, we have listened to it a countless number of times. Now, we have a baby girl on the way ( to be due in late March or early April ) and we decided to name her Hana Rose. Rose after this album

I love your choice of letting the piano play reluctantly along the other rather prominent voices, as it creates this delicate vibe, resulting in the most beautiful moment for me at 11:25. I started listening to your music in the the 7th grade, this album was the first and by far my favorite i'd heard. It has become clear to me now listening to these older albums after putting your later albums on repeat that you've always been taking lofi to the next level. I find many lofi artists are a bit lazy when it comes to livening up their music beyond basic building blocks, but you add so much nuance and break up patterns. It's incredibly refreshing.

You conveyed an entire story with no words just the power of music. I hope you continue making great music and get the recognition you deserve for being as talented as you are. This genre is crowded sometimes with lots of noise but you bring out the best parts of it with such a great vision.
