@@lonestarlows Tornel Classic ? I’m looking into buying tires for my 13’s , has milestars but the white wall is yellow/brown no matter how good I clean them they always go back to yellow in about 3 days even if I don’t drive and garage kept car .

I tried everything you can think of. Even sanded them down. Nothing worked. They never got as white as they should have been. According to Walmart website they sell a Hankook 14 inch white wall tire

I'm restoring my 63 myself in my garage I started stripping paint with polycarbonate strip disc on a hf angle grinder to save myself $ of blasting but it's time consuming. Do you think it's necessary to strip all the old paint off it still has og paint with another old coat on top.

I just want this body work to be 100% as far as paint I might just go with the shopline for now then if necessary respray and frame off dtr. Btw you did an amazing job in just over a year that's real motivation for a lot of us.
Bro, I picked up some G body wheels so I can run my SS caps with front discs. I cannot find decent 175/75/r14s ANYWHERE. Local shop can get me 185/75/14s but I'm not sure how they'd look. Any suggestions?
I'm sorry 😔 but that is absolutely not acceptable workmanship from an establishment that literally has 1 job to do... I had a similar thing happen to me this year where a guy could not get a blowout tire off of a 13 of mine so he used a grinder with a cut off wheel and cut about half inch into the lip of the rim and never said a word. I found out later and called... Of course nobody knew a thing about it..... Unreal work ethic!!!.... On the plus side those tires and beautiful and look great!!!
how can u tell if a tire is jus for trailer use or not? i was lookin for 14" tires on walmart n ebay n most of them r for trailer use. can i stil use them for my 93 s-10? why i ask i cause in the description of these tires it wont say if its for trailer use only
They didn't. They turned brown with zero miles and were never as white as the day I scrubbed off the blue. Would not recommend them at all. Tornel 155s are holding up great. Don't even have to scrub them

If I were to run 14s I would run coker 5.20. I dont think there is a good white wall radial in 14 these days

This size tire is the best fit for 14x7 wires imo. Not sure about listing numbers.yes they will fit on a 63

Ebay for the 175s. The 185s arent bad. Probably wont noticed different. Wouldnt go higher than 205

Those Remington tires end up being complete garbage...white walls turned brown and never got white again. Junk

Usually tread pattern indicates trailer use. Theres only a couple sizes people run on 14 inch wires. 175 75. 175 70 abd 185 75
