Hannibal has revealed to me a worthy alternative to Mark Ruffalo's Hulk. Mind you, this is me looking through a dimmer lense, because Hugh brought a certain trauma to the character of Will Grant, such to the case that he looked 'beautiful' as a tortured and wounded man searching for normality in a life as daunting and treacherous as his. I could totally see him playing Bruce Banner in a Hulk film similar to that of Incredible Hulk.
The brain was a very poor choice, eating human brain can actually give you a variant of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, commonly referred to as mad-cow disease. Leg muscle would work much better.
