Many, many years ago my grandmother, on my mother's side, was one of the pastry cooks for Sir Winston Churchill. He once gave her one of his paintings as a birthday present, with a card wishing her a birthday. When she died, in her 90s, someone in our family stole the painting, but left the card. We know who took it, but it is no good to them, as there is a little inscription on the back to my grandmother. True story.
That was great. Don’t listen to the haters. I started following you and Andy after viewing your video when you and Andy saw the shadow on the stairwell about 2 + years ago. That was very brave of you to do alone. Possibly is just rats or bats or maybe pigeony bastards that you can hear in the silence and darkness but sometimes you just can’t rule out the possibility of spirits. The Shoes in front of the Chairs are Trigger-Objects. It's a Setup to invite the Spirits of the Owners of the Shoes (to sit down and get comfortable in Front of the Fireplace). And after doing many Investigations I still get sometimes scared or my Imagination runs wild. So you are a very brave Man ! But I recommend to never do an Exploration alone because of safety Risks.
I did hear a few knocks when you were in the wine cellar and also when you turned the torch off. It's such a shame that it's just being left to rot and vandalism. I also believe that vandals would have found it without any outside publicity, so I don't believe that it's all you guys fault that things are as bad as they are. It's a beautiful building as well - it's a shame it can't be turned over to National Trust to look after.

When you asked what is that with the little seat on it. It is for clay pigeon shooting. They are both traps. Where someone would sit and load the trap with clay pigeons. Whoever owns this house should be ashamed of themselves. They’ve just let it go to rack and ruin. It’s so so sad. Thank you 😊

there may have been a hole beneath the fireplace down which the spent coals used to fall for collection later on. It's not always obvious, but, I guess, an animal could have found their way down there. That could be your 'tunnels' you were talking about.
In total Chanel spent six years at Rosehall estate on and off. Rosehall belonged to the Duke of westminster one of the Richest men in the world at this time.
Hello Matt & Andy, Such a beautiful holiday location! I pray that all the items taken from Coco's home are somewhere safe and protected & not just stolen by some idiots wanting to just show them off in their homes. Hopefully a restless spirit has attached to some of the items, it would serve them right! 👻 A house full of hidden mysteries for sure! That place is amazingly quiet for a derelict house! You would really expect things like bits of plaster falling off the wall when you tread on a loose floorboard or a bit of rubble moving .. Incredible really.

The dragging noise sounds like plastic being pushed across floorboards, like those big under bed plastic storage boxes you can get. It's so sad to see the sorry state of the house, I can't understand why no-ones interested in it's upkeep apart from, of course, the lands worth more than the building 😞 Thanks for another great video.
