cheaters are usually the biggest cheat accusators ever. i mean its easier to see if someone has cheats when you cheating as well but mostly they are just clueless and dont even know what to look for since they dont play legit themselves

@@damidoxgaming3891 No, that's not the issue. A few years ago, Xi Jing Ping, the dictator of China, saw a meme that someone had made of him being portraryed as Winnie the Pooh. He HATED it, and banned the use of it forthwith. Anyone doing anything like recreating it, dressing up as this, or something gets disappeared.
Now, imagine how funny that'll be for anyone have to explain that shit in a public setting.

Unfortunately China is usually both the creators and the most widespread users of cheats in games, simply by dint of having such a massive population, along with prevalence of internet cafes and similar, where they will gladly just hack until they get banned then buy another few dollar account with Rust on it and go right back to it.

personally i just dont allow players connecting from countries like china since its so common for them to cheat. its also illegal for them to use vpns in china so would keep a lot of them away

How is this even a video? The first encounter should have clued them into the fact that you were also cheating. Even just the vanish/unvanish stuff early on would have clued me in. That's wild.
For most people with even half a brain ya the vanish/unvanish is a dead giveaway but then again cheaters aren't smart at all as we see over and over and over.
The fact these dudes are even cheating in the first place should clue you in on their intelligence, or rather, the lack thereof.

They crouch because they don’t want to make any noise. Before I was visable the dude was running around having fun doing back flips. Crouching makes you silent in game so no one can hear foot steps

Would be cool if admins used blue smoke signals when they destroy a cheater base to signal players about the loot make it an event for the server.
The admins are trying to not impact the normal gameplay as much as they can, taking out cheaters. It is server dependent what they can and can't do, but on average they try to not cause massive changes that could interrupt normal gameplay.
That is why I was suggesting make it a part of normal gameplay for the server make it like an airdrop style event that the players in the area can come and loot and fight over.
Alrought i hate cheaters i like that it helps you get money and help you family

Too many cheaters. I quit Rust. I got so mad to the point i bought cheat myself to take revenge at 1 cheater. Got myself banned also within 1 day. I hard quit this fuaking game. 2.5k hours wasted time 👋
I quit all survival type games few years ago. Its all ruined with cheats. Only stick to games where cheating doesnt effect the game as much these days.

I would have thought that, with all the wonderful AI and DRM we could just stop anyone from logging onto a server if they weren't running the original, or acceptable modded, version of the simulator?
