Man the way that engine was running on a 2023 car was horrible. My 2005 Opel runs quiet as a mouse and has 200 k of km with no interventions on it apart for changing the oil and spark plugs

1.0 with turbo is a no no, smaller engines are less refined especially with a turbo

I see you did never drive one. The 1.0 TSI is a very good engine and is running much quieter than the noisy 1.5 TSI.
I actually own the 1.0 tsi golf and I can tell you it is super quiet, especially under 3000 rpm you cannot hear it running at all.

This engine sounds very unhealthy. Probably the engine mount broken. It shouldnt be rattling like this.
