2021 Volkswagen Golf 8 1.0 TSI - POV test drive

I was driving this model a few days ago, and I was really surprised about its responsiveness and driving feeling despite its motor is only a 1.0. Only felt it a bit short of power at low rpms and low speeds, but in normal conditions I think its a very nice general car.

It’s ok. But from 130 km per hour acceleration is quite slow…

I have Skoda fabia 4 generation with this engine(1.0 110Ps 6M) My max speed in the higway 219km/h(209 GPS)

Otherwise it wouldn't be mounted. 110 HP for ca 1300 kg is more than enough!

Have you driven a car with this engine? I think it's pretty dynamic. My sister has a Golf 8 with the 90PS 1.0 and it has got already plenty power for general use.

@@jancsikus got a3 1.0 tsi with racechip on around 130hp and 250NM of torque it's super good for daily use
