I highly appreciate this video. I am an American and about 20 years ago I worked for a large international bank that sent me to lead some projects in Kolkata. It was a surreal experience. I basically lived there for about a year staying at the Hyatt Grand Regency in Salt Lake Sector. My friends and I would go hang out at the Roxxy at the Park Hotel every weekend. I made some great friends, ate some great food, got sick a bunch, and generally had the time of my life. Kolkata is a city like no other in my opinion. I've traveled quite a bit through western Europe, but India was as far away from home as I have ever been. I still have contacts and friends that keep in touch on social media. The greatest lesson I learned as a young man back then was that deep down most good humans are all the same. We just want to live the best life we can, support our families if we have them in peace and safety. Thank you for allowing me to relive that adventure from so long ago, my friend. India is a special place.

Hi Habi, I just came back to Europe from India. Kolkata was the first city I visited and my very first experience of India. As a "beginner" it was kind of a crash course experience : very intense, but I loved it ! I spent 4 days in Kolkata and I appreciated it more for each day. I recognize most places you visited ; your video put a smile on my face. I went straight past the Indian Cofffee house, but yet I missed it somehow 😅.
