    I was bullied in high school. Its been 4 years since I left and I still have scars from the wounds they gave me. I have used my pain as my motivation to work hard in my life but I realized that no matter how much I achieved, they didn't care. It seemed like it was I who cared more about the people who hurt me, so I deleted their numbers and moved on with my life. And I think that has made a great difference in my life.
    To anyone reading this, let it go and move on with your life. Your success is not about them

      I agree, if you grow up wanting to be rich, than they already beat you! Because someone tricked you into thinking that this is the only worthy game in town. For some this is mimicry at its finest. And all the the conformity that goes into this game, is evidence of the vicious and banal repetition that it thrives on.
      Successfully derailing generations of people from greater purposes. Like how you described it.

    This is why I like Alex so much, he teaches things that sets you want to pathway to feel fulfilled and not fuel yourself with resentment and anger, which can help you progress with your goals but it’s still in the framework of you only feel good when you get approval from others, rather than approval from yourself. I recently had a shift like his, and it has left me fulfilled and weirdly enough more motivated.

    • @CMA418
      @CMA418 Год назад +6

      And yet the title of the video still implies that it’s really the regret of others, or lack thereof, that is the impetus to our choices and actions.
      Remove all others from the equation and the game is solitaire. Do you still play? And if you play, to what end and for what purpose? To pass the time that is coming to an end? Or to prove to yourself that you can win against the deck that has been dealt while you are still here?
      And even if you win this or that game of solitaire, you will know it was only possible because the shuffle landed in your favor, and the next shuffle may not, if you’re even granted another shuffle at all.

    Great video with Alex! His realization of the futility in trying to beat someone else at their own game is truly insightful. It's amazing how these experiences have turned into powerful life lessons. Instead of constantly trying to outshine others, I've learned that focusing on personal growth, setting my own goals, and embracing my unique strengths and passions has been incredibly rewarding.
    I genuinely believe that the path to fulfillment lies in staying true to ourselves and pursuing what truly matters to us. It's all about the personal journey of self-discovery and self-improvement, guided by our values and aspirations. And when we do that, we can find authenticity, contentment, and an exciting sense of purpose in everything we do! 😊🌟

Second, to change your opinion whenever anyone at hand sets you right and unsettles you in an opinion, but this change of opinion should come only because you are persuaded that something is just or to the public advantage, not because it appears pleasant or increases your reputation.

    There's a lot of layers to this. For example, immigrants coming to America focused on making money (Alex's father) could be an example of a lack of imagination, and playing someone else's game. I mean, is wanting to be more rich than the next person not exactly like trying to beat someone at their game. Instead of making your own?

      I disagree completely. To build muscles, one needs to engage in regular workouts. It's not as straightforward as naturally developing significant muscle mass. While certain individuals might have genetic advantages like height and limb length, the majority of muscle growth relies on factors such as maintaining a proper caloric surplus, ensuring appropriate workout intensity, and adhering to a consistent routine. Some individuals might exhibit an early advantage due to prior engagement in cardio exercises (which studies suggest can accelerate leg muscle growth) or a history of higher overall physical activity. Stop blaming genetics bro It's all in the mindset And what you do

    Such a horrible mindset. Doing things to make people regret doubting you. A very egotistical thought process.

    "How to make people regret ever doubting you". Wtf is going on with the internet seriously. Instead of focusing on yourself, you are busy worrying about how to make Lucy regret. You people are sad.
