Thank you so much for your guidance, Kassandra. I was truly surprised by this exercise as I realized that the right side of my face was quite tense and I couldn't smile easily. However, after just two days of practice, I feel completely at ease.
    Now I'm always smiling :)
I wish you all the best.

Hey, I recently found your videos and just want to say that they're really helping me. I don't have the mentioned conditions, just a TON of tension and triggerpoints

Aaron that's great to hear! These exercises can definitely provide stretching, but my specialty is with brain injury. It's a personal interest of mine to learn more about treatment of oral myofunctional disorders, but here is certainly some overlap here. Wishing you continued relief.

How long til I could see improvements?

That depends on one’s frequency and intensity, along with any diagnosis causing weakness. Oral motor exercises are based on principles of exercise physiology, exercising to fatigue to build strength and doing so regularly. Think of the amount of time it takes to build strength with going to the gym.
