I’m telling you man! Riding On The Wind!! One of their very best songs.
I been telling you man, Riding On The Wind off that same album is one of the best songs! One of their best songs off ANY of their albums! Look, I go way back! I bought this record when it came out! I saw this tour! I’ve seen them live 18 fucking times! Just trust me! Riding On The Wind!!!
Hell yeah enjoy... Judas fcking Priest rules. Thanks.
This is a good way for us all to be together.
1986, Dallas, TX. My only time...
Seen them 7 times. First time was 1981, I was 13...I never looked back ✌✌
The Hellion IS HEAVY METAL....period
Steeler, Metal Gods, Never Too Old To Be Wise.... sooo many
The original tour of this was 1983. I was there!
Did you see that Harley onstage? Rob would rev it up real loud just offstage, ride out, put the kickstand down and sometimes would bullwhip the shit out of it and maybe kick it over! The crowd went wild. Fun band.
little known fact-theese guys won a grammy for the song Dissadent Agressor- check it out
the sad part is it took 30yrs
Saw them in '86. One of the greatest concerts I've been to. Then again in 2018, still kickin ass!
SwaggyReacts First concert I went to...Judas Priest/Iron Maiden I was 13...I remember saying "I can't believe what I just saw" 😳🎸🎤

the true metal gods 🇬🇧 celebrating half century of true heavy metal
Saw Priest when I was stationed in Gemany in '92. Best time in my life, also saw Maiden that same year. My 2 favorite metal bands. 😎
Must have been crazy shows, especially in Europe.
4 times all together over 20 yrs all time greatest
Fucking Judasssss!!! 🤘
How many Rock bands write a song about a spy satellite?
Great reaction man love your channel
Great song!
Yeah, they are kinda old here. They’ve only been doing this since the 70’s! I think my first one was Stained Class. Long time ago, have to check my old ticket stubs.
Hey Swag, please react to King Diamond live from the Fillmore "Welcome Home" you'll lose your mind bro.
The most metal and meta thing ever. The Metal God singing "I'm made of Metal!" Yes, you are, Mr. Halford. Yes, you are. I saw them only once (desperately want to see them again) two years ago. It was at a much smaller venue, which was awesome because there really wasn't any bad spot so you could see them no problem. They were amazing! Highly recommend seeing them.
I seen them in Halifax, NS Canada on the same tour that this video was taped from, and it was by far the loudest concert I've ever been to.
I grew up in the 70's as a teenager and this Band blew my mind and quickly became my Favorite. Ive seen then 27 times including the Great US Festival in 1983. We all have our Favorites and this by far is mine. They never disappoint and just Put on a Great Show and helps the songs are Great. Thank God for JP and God Bless Glenn Tipton.
Agree I have seen them several times. Found about Judas Priest in 1984 stationed on Okinawa Japan while in the Marine Corps and never looked back.
ROB HALFORD IS ROCK !
Good reaction. I saw them twice turbo and painkiller. My friend Jay Jay Brown played bass for Rob's band Fight. I went to school with him and he does my tattoos so it's safe to say I'm only one person away from meeting Rob
I am probably one of the most knowledgeable people on JUDAS PREIST that you will find here! Since the mid 70’s I was into this band. Not many here can say THAT! Like I said before 18 times live. Not many here can say THAT either!
Over 40 times for me going back to 1979.
This Song is really dope man! Love this Song
This song is about a surveillance satellite! Read the lyrics!
Seen 2 shows of Firepower with Deep Purple. Phenomenal energy and shows. Indoor one the light shows was amazing.
Imagine seeing this live at brain damage volume drunk and stoned! That was normal concert protocol for us!!
Excellent choice!
Told you Swaggy , I knew you would love it !
Telling ya... I loved my time in a Judas Priest tribute... They truly are the "Metal Gods"!
Sí Amigo......muy bueno 👍👍👍🎸🎸🎸🎸🎼🎼🥁🥁🥁🥁💯🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷
Ozzfest 2004 Tampa Florida Ford Amphitheater. Those who were there know.
If no one has mentioned it, this was from Wacken open air, one of (if not THE) biggest metal festival in the world.
I just saw them last June 2019 in San Francisco it was epic Swaggy!
Love from the Central Valley California 🤟🤟🤟💯🔥
Firepower was off the charts... seen 2 shows with Deep Purple... phenomenal shows.
Dude, that was a normal crowd. Too bad everyone today don't get the energy of this music in a stadium full of people just feeling it.
I’ve seen 18 different tours!!!!!! Riding On The Wind man!!
Original twin axe attack band fronted by the 'Metal God' - what more can you want!!
@woody Vallallellalunga Yeah man, 54 and counting. How about you?
The greatest rock band in history.
ive seen them live once. huge regret not seeing them more often when i lived in the UK. just listen to the whole painkiller album. pure metal. one shot at glory, you like solos check that out
Man, Typton played the solo with Parkinson...
This is actually two songs. The first is an acoustic intro called The Heflin, which is followed by Electric Eye.
The Hellion.
In fact Swaggy, if you go in order on the album, it starts with the instrumental intro of Hellion and straight into Electric Eye and the very next ass-kicker is what I’ve been saying all along! Third song Riding On The Wind! It really is a tight, fast , get your energy up badass Rock classic! Trust me BRO! I was a fan and going to their shows before you were born! No exaggeration!
TRVTH
My first time seeing Priest was the Metal Masters 08 tour with Priest, Black Sabbath, Motorhead, and Testament. Still to this day it was the best non festival type show that ive ever been to
Seen them live. Wow,. Awsome. Loved it. it surprised me how clear is vocals art as loud as their concert is
I was there live and saw them a second time within a week. Great shows🤘
You should listen to The entire Hell Bent For Leather album! It’s way early material, but you will get a good sense of what made them one of the top bands!
@william bryant, yeah, it was under both names.
It’s just not the same without K.K. This isn’t K.K. This is Ritchie. K.K. and Glenn are the originals, listen to them.
Should do the live versions from the 80’s to appreciate Rob Halfords voice at his finest
You got to do free wheel burning it's smoking..
Man you gotta do Riding on the wind and freewheel burning live on THE VENGANCE TOUR 1982 a young Rob !!!!!
Yeah. Glad u did it. U have to see them live if u haven't. Seen them 9 times
Never disappoint. They were supposed to be on the 50 th anniversary tour. Hopefully after Covid they can make it up! The early Priest had a brotha in it too! Google the old picture👌
This is Wacken 💪💥There's always a lot of people there 😋🤘🤘
Wacken is amazing metal festival but crowd is not huge... +/- 100000 people. I think so.
The mighty Priest
Seen the numerous times. The first time was in the late 70s with Iron Maiden as support act.
I'd love to watch you react to Steve Vai he will leave you speechless 🙊
Great choise, much more fun than if you´d reacted to the studio album version. I´ve been a fan for 35 yrs and always thought the their guitars sounds like angry lions.
Hi Man , i love JUDAS PRIEST for 36 years Ago ! Please listen JUDAS PRIEST song Freewheel burning and Sinner live Memphis 1983 ! Is fire Brown !cheers from Brasil 🇧🇷🤘
All ages unite all genders all the love rock is good it's all about love bro yeah it's hard it's loud but it's all love ❤️
Check out Metal Gods
Dude check out Halls of Valhalla live. You'll love it
Love ya Swaggy, please do Rush Headlong Flight from the Clockwork Angels tour
I've seen them 4 times. They're amazing live. Highly recommend if you get the chance
Swaggy you are hilarious to watch 🤣 have seen them 5 times and i think Fuel for life tour 1986 was the best live performance by JP 🤟
Awesome choice. I'd love to see you react to Sludgefactory from MTV unplugged Alice in Chains.✌💜🎶
Great reaction, not the version I would choose. I think you need to the Sinner from 1982 Live vengeance, see Robs raw power!
U should react to some more maiden been too long and they are the best. Would recommend phantom of the opera live 1980 black and white. U will not be disappointed 👍🏽
I prefer the 2014 version.
