I have a problem with mine. My hoverboard has both blue lights and both green lights when I turn it on but when I put my feet on it, it doesn’t respond at all. I tried recalibrating it and it refuses to do so. I’m guessing it has something to do with the gyro sensor boards? Edit: replaced both gyro sensor boards with the new ones. The lights turn off but the board still doesn’t respond. It does respond to something being pressed on the pads though
If you have a red flashing light on one side and it wont move and Recalibrate doesn't fix it... Check all plugs and wires are getting good connection (Especially the 5 wire sockets). If they are and it still don't move then it probly has a blown output fet on the side thats red. They're easy to change.. MAKE SURE BATTERY IS UNPLUGGED!! Measure the Mosfets, 6 on a heatsink per side(GDS)... Usually only 1 or 2 short... DMM to Diode, Neg on Center pin (Drain), Gate approx +1.5v, Source approx .5v. YST7575C crosses to RU6888R 68v 88a TO220 *** For this model Mainboard, one bank of Fets controls one side wheel drive. Do a continuity test to figure out what bank controls what side.. Each bank of Fets, are broken into pairs per thick wheel drive wire (YGB)..
Got a question. Bought a used 10 in smart hoverboard and changed all the boards. I use it for a hoverseat. Cannot go up a small hill in forward but can do it in reverse. Is the problem related to the sensors under the footpads?

Please help! Koowheel hoverboard K1 started to work incorrectly. The first mistake was to stop the left or right engine at random, then suddenly turn off. I can not turn it on. I suspected the charger, but the charger is correct. I thought the battery was empty, but the battery was 36V. When I try to turn it on, the green light on it once lights up once. When I connect it to the charger, the loudspeaker is activated that the bluetooth is ready for pairing. The device shows charging, but charger does not. (Battery full) Can I safely say that the motherboard is incorrect, or can it be anything else?
There could be 2 issues occurred concurrently according to your explanation. First is battery defect: if your hoverboard is suddenly off (completely off, no light, engine not moving, no sound) and can't turn on, it is because the protection board in your battery detected incorrect voltage between the battery cells and kick off the protection sequence. It protects the cell from damage and explosion. You can check the battery voltage at this stage, the voltage should be below 10V. During checking, DON'T disconnect the battery or it will reboot and back to 36V. You should touch the multimeter pins on the motherboard where the battery connection is connected. The hoverboard is unable to turn on at this moment unless you reboot the system by plugging in the charger or disconnect+reconnect the battery. Second is motherboard spoiled: If your hoverboard turn on by itself when you plug the charger in, the motherboard is spoiled. The hoverboard shouldn't turn on by a charger. If the hoverboard doesn't ON, but the speaker is ON, then the problem is probably due to wrong bluetooth power supply point connection.

I have a problem vvv different from this... ma mother board is fine I knw cuz the syd that was not working I changed the memory with the one that was bad and the bad syd worked while the good syd did not. Its probablly just a bad mosfet, they look like black rectangles with a metal bit. Use a multimeter and measure across each terminal, whichever one has a short is the bad one. They are located around the perimeter. They are easy to replace

I have one that turns on and the red light flashes, I've watched every video and tried to re-calibrate several times, drained the battery recharged the battery and nothing! when holding the button it does flash the lights 5x just like some videos I watched but when I turn it off and back on the red light still flashes... =( I have another (Different model) that if you hold the power button it has a woman's voice that says, "Trying to connect Bluetooth" Bluetooth pops up on my phone and disappears, the thing never lights up or seems to turn on...?
Count how many times it flashes. It will flash so many times then pause then flash again. Then google hover board flashing codes. The number of flashes will tell you what the problem is.
Just fix mine and turned out my ground wire in wheel back board came off. I solder it back on and it worked. Y'all might wanna try removing motor magnetic wheel and check 4 thin wires and just weld it back on and lights go normal and both wheels will work without all the rest level junk

the problem is the mosfet not the whole mainboard you need to replace 1 or 2 mosfet connected to the blue wire where the wheels is stuck do not replace the mainboard
Water damage normally spoil the circuit board, replacing a new circuit board shall solve the issue. Make sure to dry the battery as well. You can get a good circuit board from www.coolwheel.my

It could be the hoverseat problem. It might have a problem to tilt the hoverboard.
