2024: Luther's pure voice & classic songs are UNMATCHED!😌😍
I went to see Luther Vandross twice in London. I've been to many concerts. Vocally, he is hands down, the number one singer. Great memories. Thank you Luther, wherever you are. 🙏🏿
I've only been honored to see Lionel Richie and Maria Carey in concert together. I would have loved to have seen Luther Vandross. He was so talented and such a wonderful human being. Passed away much too young. His Dad was only 38 when Luther lost him. His Mom had to be a very strong woman to endure so much loss in her lifetime.
Loving how the female vocalists are owning the stage along with Luther, what a treat of talent and mutual respect, and all are a class act!
There will NEVER be another who even comes close to having this type of talent. Beyond SERIOUSLY talented. A voice blessed by God. Incredibly classy, insanely gorgeous and sexy is an epic understatement. This man was delicious in every way. Luther, the world will never forget any aspect of who you were. Rest in eternal peace 🕊️💐🙏👑
April 6 2024 Watched Luther's funeral. What an experience. I became a fan when i caught his video for Power of Love. Regret never experiencing him live. Rest easy my brother, you gave your all in every song. See you in the mirning of eternity.
The best male vocalist ever! His music is timeless!❤
Omg!! I can't to the life of me see how all those people were just sitting there like they were at Mass! The music, vocals, and overall performances on every song would have had my knees and leggs sore as hell from standing up, dancing and partying through this ENTIRE concert. No way i could've just sat in my seat for this!🥰❤️
This is one of the sweetest male voices I have ever heard wow!!
This man was extraordinary. Didn’t use an ear piece, he likes to hear the sound as it is. Sure Royal Albert hall helps but he’s breathing taking everywhere. R.I.P Luther Vandross
Nobody could touch that guy back then
Amazing ❤❤7/2/24
Or NOW! Nobody
The first time I saw Luther, he was singing as background for Roberta Flack, and I knew he was a star then❤

I SAW THIS CONCERT IN CHICAGO, THIS HAD TO BE LATE 1980S, MAYBE EARLY 90S, I BELIEVE, SAW HIM TWICE, AMAZING. BEAUTIFUL VOICE SMOOTH AS BUTTER. SOUL SOUL SWAGGER.
Not only did Luther sing so melodiously, he was the epitome of class & finesse with a phenomenal stage presence. Luther had a wonderful sense of humor. 🕊💖🎶
As far as the orchestra was concerned, Luther should not have even had to ask for one The orchestra should have been automatically offered to him! He was Luther ... enough said!
He’s a great singer and his messages are from his heart an soul.😇🥰😇🥰😇🥰😇🥰🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

06.19.2024 listening to Luther
One of a kind, saw him in Atlanta, GA several times. Every performance was unique and wonderful.. Miss you Luther Vandross💜
I saw Luth in 1994 in Inglewood California at the Forum. He was such a wonderful entertainer and his voice sound even better, if it was even possible, in person! What I love about him was that he allowed his background singers to each have their own spotlight for a song or 2. You really don’t see that very often. But what I loved most of all was Luther!❤
Yes, those background singers in the opening number in those black and silver costumes..Wow!
@listen2music811 yes, they were the best. Incomparable, as was Luther!
