Product Review P0153 - Hand Grip Strengthener (FitBeast)

This hand grip strengthener set has a variety of things to improve your finger and grip strength. It has a good variety, but only one of the devices is adjustable. Also as your hand power improves I could see these items becoming too easy. Since we got this on sale for super cheap it was worth a buy since there's alot of down time when you're working or even just watching TV that you might as well be improving your ability to quicky open jars or door knobs.

I haven't been following a routine and mainly squeeze the hand gripper at my desk throughout the day while working on my laptop. I don't really carve out time to specifically work my grip strength but I believe it has improved since I set the tension all the way to 60kg and it does feel easier than when I first started.
