Hey! I have watched bunch of your videos they are really great, I have learned so much from them. There is one thing I wanted to point out was in one of your pen tool videos on illustrator you were referring to reshape tool while pressing alt on pen tool, that is not reshape tool that's anchor point tool which is available in pen tool section, I even have custom shortcut for it, but you can access it by pressing shift+c. Hope it helps..
