    Very interesting. Was wondering what Freud could possibly say about this and why he would tackle the subject. But then, of course, the theme of the son's rebellion against the father in the myths from which the story was drawn -- suggests what probably drew Freud to the topic

      I think he really gets into the analysis in section 2 but I haven't got there yet. One day!

    I suspect Moses might have been Tuthmoses the Viceroy of Kush under Akhenaten.Artapanus makes many hints about Moses origins.
