LunchBox!!!! I am a first time mom to a baby that was born early, too. I can relate to your wife's feelings and she's just trying her hardest to protect your baby. Gotta love her for being such a good mommy to BabyBox.
But, I swear by my noise machine. My son would not sleep due to colic and reflux issues and that sound machine SAVED MY LIFE! I finally got sleep. I've used it since he was a couple weeks old. Now, I can't sleep without the soothing sounds of the ocean lol. But please tell your wife I can still hear my baby through the noise of the machine!!! Our mama senses are STRONG and we will hear our babies cry for us over the background noise. But that soothing sound will help all of you sleep well ♡
