I am so happy Albania picked this! Its so unique and catchy af. And her voice, and her dance! She's already the icon of the 2025 season! Also Zjerm means Fire
I’m with you, great songs and performances… several have been added to my playlist. Zjerm is a great choice… love the traditional/electronic mix… I hope they keep the vogueing and the lyrics in Albanian. ❤
I am sorry boys, but I am not with you on this one. I love her, I love her weirdness, her singing, her voice, her dancing, and how lovely she also was with Elvana. The duet the 3 of them did the other night was lovely. Thereby, the song is not bad, the mix is cool, but come on, you really think this was the best of FIK? For me, this was not the best of the night, her vocals were wobbly and I have no idea what he was doing. Yes, it was cool and weird in an interesting way, very entertaining indeed, but not a winner of FIK and not for ESC either. Personally I think the best of the night was Alis, one that I hadn't on my radar until his first performance this the week, and tonight for me, he was perfect. So, I am sorry but I don't see this winner going very far in Eurovision. But...just because I love her vibe, I hope I change my mind with time.
@ Stef! What’s going on? Girl you need more Bisschopswijn 😜 I was also impressed by Alis’ vocals and he was also not in my radar prior to the live. The winner of Vincevision is Ardit, tho. Love that song… But I like Zjerm, there’s something enthralling and catchy about it. The Albanian public loved it as well. We shall see what happens at ESC, this is a very interesting and authentic choice imho.
@@vincentf6527 I also hope that the vogueing STAYS ! That is so catchy watching it , funny in the best way possible. Tell me, which one was your favorite that you wanted it to win ? Was ist zjerm ?
@@vincentf6527 yesss Ardit was so robbed :/ I didn’t expect that diaspora would give him only 2 points 🙄 both diaspora and Albanian tele went literally for zjerm and Karnaval
@@georgikanevESC yeah, I felt bad for all the artists getting 0 points after doing so well on stage… Georgi, Ardit commented in your other video 😍 wow you have become legend! 👏👏👏 I hope he comes back… here we go
Merry Christmas Georgi! 🎄🎀 I'm so glad this song won, the more I listen to it the more I love it! 🥰 It's the contrasts between all the interacting musical elements that make it so fascinating! Here there are dynamics in and between voices, beautiful instrumentation and rhythm. Her dynamic vocals and stage language do a lot for the whole, the song is quite difficult to sing, but she feels very direct, clear and with attitude. (She missed a note or two, but it didn't affect my overall impression). Here there is ethnic, rhythm, mystery, all well balanced.🔥 If you know John Cage, an American composer and sound artist who in the 1930s experimented with percussion and electronic equipment, the man's voice here is nothing "negative" as some think, it contributes as an interesting contrast and counterpoint in the dynamics and to the whole. One of John Cage's philosophy of music was that Any sound can be a material for composition. With this knowledge and John's experimental approach, I have a liberated and open-minded approach to music. 😊 This song is already very high on my ranking ☺️ (despite we only have two songs), a nice start to Christmas! 🥰 See you later!🕯️🎄💖
@@susanneekelund2425 did she miss a note or two ? I didn’t even get it haha. I thought she sounded really good haha. I jumped on the train of liking the song on the day of the final (yesterday) once I saw it I was like: ok those chorus parts are very very catchy. The way she performs is very transmitting. And I like Albania going with something different this year. Oh and merry Christmas for you and your family ❤️🥳 have a great holiday and we will chat again :) because the season just started :)
@georgikanevESC 💝🎄 Thank you so much, the same to you and your loved ones! ✨ Yes she didn't quite hit the note right after the highest part the first time, but as I said otherwise she was Phenomenal and nothing that bothered. How nice that you like it, for me it was love right away but the more I hear it the more it all merges into something very beautiful, atmospheric, captivating and inspiring. It grabs hold of me. 🥰 Give it a few more listens and maybe it will stick even more, as you say we have a whole interesting season ahead of us! 😊 Merry Christmas and weekend, see you! ❤️

The best thing about this (and time will tell if this is good for Albania)) is it reduces the number generic lady bops in the final Eurovision competition. And if people like generic lady bops, be happy about that for the plethora of lady bops that inevitably remain. (And will get summarily slaughtered in the final.)
