Nav Plus HD is a must in every new truck I get. I mainly use mine for audio/music and I occasionally use the GPS for finding street names and all. Thanks for the insight on this option. Have a Worlds Best Day as well!

can any one help i drive a 2017 KW with NAv plus I accidentally dimmed the screen now i cannot turn it back on radio works fine i can scroll though the steering buttons

Brother i bought Kenworth T680 last year but still showing no updates available
Just purchased 2022 KW T270 two days ago. But before we could leave during our final walk around the navi/radio screen wasn't on and the technician changed a fuse behind the dash. Two days later the screen in not working again, and we think that we have to change the fuse again.
Is this going to be an ongoing problem for a truck we just paid over a $100k.
Is there a fix or recall not published?

First thing i noticed when i got my truck was this junk in the dashboard. I've had these before and they don't last and cost an absolute fortune to fix. I would like to know how to unplug this unit, and swap to a simple aftermarket head unit so i can actually hook up my amp and subs.
I’ve got a 2020 389. Same screen but it won’t connect to my phones hotspot. Is there a trick? Also the nav can’t find where the truck actually is.
How does one improve the sound. I’ve played with bass mid treble I find the sounds so low and terrible!

@@thewardenshaulingheavy2813Yes one could think so. I have to say tho they are not the worst speakers ever, but not the best. Especially if one likes high quality sound
Is the aftermarket 3 camera system wired through the truck dash ect so that the wires are hidden and do the rear facing side cameras mount on the outside on the mirrors and if not where?
The only thing I like about the screen is the extra gauges you get other than that it constantly freezes and most of the time its stuck until you recycle the ignition

According to Pana Pacific the NavPlus has to be updated from time to time. I had the same problem and the said that the software is out dated and needed to be updated. The older Navplus systems the dealer had to update them. The newer Navplus 2017 and up(I think) you can connect to a wifi and update it yourself.
That's a fact. It'll get stuck or disconnect Bluetooth. Have to pull over and turn truck off and on to get it playing again.

After having GM’s nav system PacCar needs to up their game..

Go into the setting and either turn on or off the auto dim to manual
Good content and I was wondering if it is possible too install a upper bunk in a 2016 kenworth t680 that is a 76 in high rise single bunk truck
No the length wouldn’t allow it to fit inside unless it’s a really small bed, smaller than a twin. It would be very uncomfortable to sleep in it

Can you get unlimited wifi service and use it as a hotspot? If so who do you recommend for service to stream Roku on my tv?
The USB on nav does not recognize and USB for tethering. So is it possible to upload apps to it ?
Only when you wifi tether and use the apps from the NA screen.
Andy i messed with the virtual gauges trying to customize. Now my screen is totally blank for gauges only. How do i reset? Thanks
You got me stumped 🤔 on that one. I would suggest you speak to your local dealer to reset or update the unit.
How do you load gauges on to the radio? I’ve searched and searched and can’t seem to find any instructions on how to load more gauges on the DEA600. I have a 2016 t680. Thanks
It’s only available from the factory as far as I know.

How do you set the time on the clock?
GREAT question, yet it was not addressed at all in this video which is SO frustrating. The Time/Date setting of this clock is insanely stupid and still havent figured it out. Even the shop guys are stumped. Why they designed this in such a manner where you need to go to the internet to figure it out is beyond me.

I think you have the old Nav system. Not available on 2016.

Yes, if the radio is sxm compatible from the factory it has the antenna built in

How do you delete text messages off of navplus
How about to just shut off any audio, and keep the navigation running. I pause anything then as soon as the nav gives directions the audio starts again. Incredibly annoying and frustrating.

I don’t think it’s possible aftermarket. You can talk to a kw service depot.

Not sure. If you ask a service department at KW I’m sure they could tell you

Not sure what you mean 650 to 700. Maybe give me a call and we can discuss. My number is (204) 293-9180. Also, all trucks come with DEF unless you build a glider.

This thing sucks don't waste your money. Constantly not finding the source. When the phones paired to Bluetooth it doesn't work. Says "Can't access while on call" so you can't access any audio. And they're no help solving the issues.
