Yes, that is the way to see this movie. I remember when it opened in Oslo, and I saw it on the huge screen. It was breathtaking. I still love all his music.

Saw this movie in January, 1971. My dad took mom, Nana and myself to see it. Not a well remembered bit of moviedom and it faded quick. I think the filmmaker was trying to create another "Sound of Music", but missed the mark.

I LOVE THIS MOVIE, SAW IN THEATRE AROUND THAT TIME, NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER 1970; UNCLE BROUGHT ALL OF US TO SEE IT, AS HE WAS NORWEGIAN. AS WE ALL ARE. THIS MOVIE WILL BE ON BLURAY IN APRIL 2020.
