You can get more for your money in Florida, bigger much nicer house with a front and back yard, bigger pool, on a canal, in a safer, quieter cleaner city with streets that are paved in asphalt not rocks and wide sidewalks with plenty of trees and parks.
You can also pay $20 for a cocktail, $100 dinners and numerous other things that are more than twice the price in USA than Mexico!
You can also be shoot and killed at:
The grocery store
Church
School
Movie theater
Hospital
Gas station
Mall etc….
Or God only knows where in Florida or else where in the USA by gun loving Maniacs talking about their bullshit 2nd amendment right !

I’ve been to FL and PV many times. I would never buy in FL. There is something very special about PV and this is the place I will always go back to and hopefully buy a second home in one day.
