This house is wonderful. My Aunt and Uncle owned it many years ago. Unfortunately I was only able to visit it once but it is one of my most memeroble vactions. If I could afford it I'd buy it in a heart beat.

That is a perfect description. This is a better location too as far as being closer to all the action for guests if you chose to use this as an investment property.

@@haus.of.masters That's a good point, guests could just walk to all the hotspots in zona romantica, no need for a taxi to take you everywhere, I'm surprised it's selling for what it is, the only thing I can think of why it's so cheap is you're not as close to the water as you'd be in some of the conches chinas homes, but then again not all the conches chinas homes are that close to the water either, all depends how far up the mountain you are.
