Why would you put the lense support on the focus ring? Also the bottom arm on ak2000 thats slides 1to5 in increments cannot be slid to the 5 mark on the bottom of the arm theres a plastic wire cover thats acts as a stopper and stops the arm sliding past mark 4. I could not properly balance the last step without taking this bumper wire cover off i feel this is a desighn flaw. Any answers on how to fix this without taking this wire cover off would be nice
Just got mine today, ak 2000. It's replacing a very used Zhiyun crane v2. Talk about an upgrade! The ak 2000 hands down beats the crane v2. Also the price I paid for the ak 2000 is even a bigger bang for my money. I spent $699 on the v2 when it first came out and today I spent $369 on the ak 2000.
I have ak2000 it does not work with a cine lense the included base plate is not high enough it rubbs against the focus ring. I have a rather light set up panasonic g7 with a rokonin 85mm t1.5 does feiyutech have a optional base plate? Or a way around this. One cannot use the focus moter if the lense support bracker or base plate hits the manual focus ring. I cannot find any info about this matter.
Got an AK2000 for my Sony a6000 and Sigma 30mm f1.4... I think it's impossible to balance the gimbal in pan axis. There is just no more space to move the arm backwards. When you switch on the gimbal it seems to work ok, but then I checked the footage, OMG. It's all jittery and has so much vibrations. Maybe somebody has any idea or there are some kind of adapters to balance the setup? It seems that the vibration and the jittery video is from the unbalanced pan axis...
@@danilyanov5984 there are 2 ways you can balance it. You can add the counterweights on the gimbal, or you can unscrew the small rectangle plastic part on the pan axis. I've just tried removing this small part with the smallest hexagon keys and it seems to give you muuuch more room to balance it. It's right under the end of the axis a little bit further than the 5cm mark. Hope it helps
I´m having an issue with my AK2000. I can´t use other modes but TF. I reseted gimbals parameter but nothing changed. I upgraded the firmare but anyways nothing happend. I need a help with this problem, please.
MY GH5 is not working with the remote control buttons. I am also not able to connect via WLan for the zoom/ follow focus mode. Not working at all.... Till yet same with 80D. Also my loading station, led are still red when I load batterys, after around 2-3 hours I turning batterys and then LEDs went green, i dont know why... Leds dont change status by itself from red to green when they are full loaded...
Hi there! I recently received the AK2000 gimbal and have tried pairing it with the Sony A7iii and I cannot get it to work. On the Feiyutech app when it asks me to select my camera model the Sony a7iii is not listed. Could anyone help me out? It’s very frustrating.
I have the Ak4000 and canon M50 I use them with a sigma lens 18-35mm f1.4 so the size and weight become pretty big and heavy, but the gimbal can work very well. You can connect the camera via wifi to your mobile phone, and your mobile phone via bluetooth to Ak4000 gimbal, than you can control the camera settings such as iso, shutter speed etc using the touch screen of the gimbal. The app have the Canon M50 to be select.

get rid of the 30mm and go with another lens.

I believe that’s a pairing problem in Sony’s part is what I’ve heard from other creators.

We test it, till yet we dont have a follow focus or a remote control button which is working. ..
