How to install MCheli mod 1.0.4 [BETTER VERSION]

I remember playing a version of this mod back in like 2017-2018 and it had a whole lot more than hat it does now, it had battleships, a submarine, more tanks, more planes, more random vehicles. It was for 1.7.10, and now i can't find the specific version of mcheli that i am talking about. If anyone knows which version i'm talking about, please tell me
