Hi Marcus, I started to try to learn some holds, and started with the elbow lever first then 90 degree hold, elbow lever for balance mainly. However, I find that my wrists hurt like crazy after trying the elbow lever, although I can now hold it for a good 10s. I do somewhere around 250-300 pushups a day(increase by 5% everyday), but can't really do them if my wrist dies everytime I go down. Any tips on eliminating this wrist pain?
If it is that bad then don’t use your wrist too often. It would be great if you have parallets but u don’t then do something else like mobility. You won’t get stronger but it’s better for the long term as you won’t get easily injured
