*What is the science on calorie burn, fat loss and it's relationship to how much we sweat during a workout?* I can say for myself if I sweat enough during a mix of moderate, modest and no activity over the course of a day, I can pack in well over 5,000 calories a day easily and not gain a pound, and that's @180 lbs @6'. If I didn't sweat much during that day, I would be 400lbs!

I wasn't using slin and I was on bike for about 1:20. Got really sluggish and knew something was up. I ended going to drugstore got sugar pills. Also went to grocery for candy. Once I got home I checked blood sugar and it was 30!! Not really sure what happened but I was having blood sugar around 60-70 it just tanked

Sweat means nothing but losing salts/electrolites
Has no relevance to fat burning. Heart rate matters. Some peoples sweat glands are just more active than others
