I bought this nail drill August 2019. Used it that day and it worked. Then went to use it today and it was dead. Very sad. I looked forward to do my nails today.

I recommend this drill for beginners ❤️ I have this drill but I lost my directions so I came here 😂🤦🏽♀️ I can’t remember about the forward and backward buttons but I do recommend reading the directions as well.. I may need to message them lol

*I have many drills ranging from 20 Euro the cheapest to 1200 Euro one of my most expensive nail drills and I certainly know which ones are very good, very bad, good for the price or just very bad. There are some good for the price nail drills from Melody Susie, but THIS ONE is just a very very bad nail drill and ever single person who has ever tried a decent one will tell you that! This is also certainly NOT a nail drill you would ever use in a salon. Lol.
It's also obvious that you don't have any nail tech, podiatry, chiropodry education otherwise you certainly would know why or for what to use forward or return direction! So I really don't get why people would recommend a product like this for anyone because they actually don't e even know what to look for on a good, really good or even just decent nail drill.*

DID you try the foot pedal because mine didn't work properly . The drill keeps running when you have the foot pedal connected then when you mash the foot pedal it stops the drill instead of the other way around. /also revers and forward works opposite. if I put it in reverse the bits spin forward and vice versa. I could have lived with that but the foot pedal issue too? I have emailed them and waiting on a response.
Hey love, since I never use the foot pedal I didn’t bother to try it out. But I would definitely send it back and have them send you a new one.
@@natalicarmona guess what I contacted them about the foot pedal issue and they directed me to this small printing on the site that says that the foot pedal is supposed to work like that. why in the world would I want a foot pedal to stop the drill? None of the more quality drills work like that. Other drills let you control the speed of the drill by pressing the foot pedal to make it start spinning not stop spinning . So if you get up from your table and take your foot off the pedal its going to start spinning???!!! otherwise like you said if you don't care about a foot pedal its a good deal for the price. Maybe its a more expensive feature to have a foot pedal that controls the drill. I was going to use it as a backup to my KUPa passport .

I've seen another review and she only recommended to use the drill bits on only the surface no cuticle work, but I do have the same drill bits from an older model of a melody susie drill, and I recommend getting some course/fine safety drill bits instead

The burning is not from a nail drill it’s from putting too much pressure on the nail when using it

yes you can, just make sure the bits you buy are also 3/32 barrel so it'll fit perfectly

Same here NO drill NO tracking NO answer its been over a month
chakadavis78 their customer service was trash, on the website they advertised a promise to deliver within 7 business days and in the email they said it was delayed 14 days due to it being a “hot sale item” i told them i didnt care & shouldnt advertise or even keep selling them on the website if they couldnt keep up with their business. They offered a free nail polish. Not even a gel polish 🤦🏻♀️ lol. I love the machine but they suck as a company

I just ordered it. I’m having MAJOR issues with “Ring of fire” on clients it caused me to stop doing nails because I felt like I was hurting people. Do you think it’s because I was using a cheap drill? I would have to slow it down to the point where I wasn’t getting any product off I keep my drill moving and all. I really love doing nails 😩 help lol
The ring of Fire comes from putting to much pressure when filling around the cuticle. Over filling
