F-22 Flight Demonstration at the California Capital Airshow 2007. Raptor Demo Pilot, Major Paul "Max" Moga, talks you through how each maneuver is performed.
The flight demo was nothing short of spectacular! The thrust vectoring nozzles really enhance the maneuverability. Watching the flight control system work during the tail slide was mind boggling- every flight control surface was "twitching" as the F-22 started sliding backwards.
The F-22 flew twice on Sunday and joined in with the F-15 and P-51 for the "Heritage Flight". After the Heritage Flight, each aicraft does a high speed pass, breaking turn, then gear down and land. Here, the F-22 pilot still feeling the need for speed, goes into the breaking turn with the afterburners lit. We photographers never discourage the use of full afterburners! Sierra Hotel!

Not overrated! This 30 year old jet has the best engines of any new fighter, the lowest RCS, and the best situational awareness. Sukhoi has not been able to duplicate the engine's performance, nor even for the t50. Many countries have invested heavily in their bids for stealth fighters and anti-stealth technology. The Raptor replaces the f15 (that tells the whole story.)

modernized saturn liulka AL.41F1 is actually quitte badass. it gives to SU-35 a supercruise capabillity ,but not right away.after flying for a couple of hundreds of killometer ( more or less when it gets into a combat zone ) SU-35 becomes supercruising.

@@mississippirebel1409 that is one heavy statement.F- 35 couldn't even turn back and run in front of SU-35 because SU.35 is way faster and has long ranged sensors and weapons...so F-35 would get itself killed any way.
when it comes to F-22 ....it depends on a wide range of factors who would win.

TheMilosgrozni 2 - First off you are just dismissing all the capabilities of the F-35 and what makes it SOOO much better than the Su-35 and all other 4th gen fighters. The F-35 would NEVER be flying by itself to begin with and in REAL combat the F-35 would easily detect the Su-35 from a very long range. The Su-35 would only be able to detect the F-35 at around 40 to 35 miles in a head on attack. The F-35 would easily detect the Su-35 at over 2 to 3 times that distance. So in other words the Su-35 would be a sitting duck for the F-35. If for some reason (and that's a big IF) the Su-35 did get into a WVR dogfight with the F-35, the F-35 would have the advantage because he would have all the SA (situational awarness) because he would have detected the Su-35 long before it would have detected the F-35. The F-35 would put itself where it has the upper hand before the Su-35 knew what was going on.
The same goes for the F-22, but even if the Su-35 did get into WVR dogfight with the F-22 it would still be at a massive disatvantage. The F-22 is a much more capable aircraft in every way when it comes to dogfighting.
Please don't even try to compare the avionics in the Su-35 to either the F-22 or F-35 because they aren't that close. The Su-35 is a good 4th gen fighter but isn't close to being on the same playing field as the F-22 or F-35.
