@@lazybannans1829 Which could be easily solved by having the ability to craft a "new raft" determined by a boolean that is based on number of existing foundations (which the game clearly tracks, since it knows when you have less than 2). If number of existing foundations is 1 or more then 'can_new' is 0, meaning you can't make a "new raft". If number of existing foundations is less than 1, can_new is 1, meaning you can.
@Cyb3rM1nd the game doesn't "know" you have less than 2, it is just how the breaking of peices works that makes them both break. However there is the foundation tracker that tracks it, so still possible
Hey! Just a quick trick, you can place a pillar and some traingle foundations on top to make a 2x2 then smash the pillar and it will stay up. Bit you'll have to repeat this process if you want more floating floors. And it won't work with normal square foundations
Me seeing this after building a 1:1 scale, 1,320 foundation strong, 14 engined dreadnought: I am the Onceler incarnate, and I live with no regret. I showed up to kick Olof’s hind in with a battleship.
I always found it strange you couldn't just start a new raft, I mean, the character can clearly build foundations.
Probably so you can't make infinite amount of rafts and lag the game.
