Thank you! Yes we can detect monofixation syndrome...although a normal cover uncover test might show really minor movement, we can do a four prism dioptre test.
Also a test to detect central suppression like Worth four dot test and bagolini striated glass helps...
Above all one must have a really strong suspicion first!
