Being a long time Kansas and Kerry Livgren fan I find this extremely interesting. Truly an exceptionally gifted musical talent. Both his keys work and guitar work are amazing!
Mark, thank you for the great Kansas music. I'm also hoping you have lost concert videos of Kansas. I know they ( Kansas ) didn't shoot much concert footage, and what a shame it is . I'm holding my breath hoping you can find something. Thanks again.
I like the chord sequence and smooth jazz feel. This could have developed to be an excellent prog classic with some more development. A thought from left field, someone like Zero 7 could adapt this in their next production.

Thank you for sharing
You're welcome. : )
This is truly incredible and could have become something special. Kansas is my favorite band, and Livgren one of my favorite composers.
Amazing, friend! Thanks for sharing this pearl! Long live prog rock!
You're welcome, Fernando. : )
Great accompaniment for my jet lag. Thank you for sharing this, Mark!
You're welcome, Scott. : )

Thanks a lot! It is really appreciated! Hope you could share all these Kansas demos in lossless format in the future.
You're welcome. : )
Sounds a bit like "Greek Structure Sunbeam", a Pre-Kansas tune, released by "Proto-Kaw" on "Forth".
Thank you!!
You're welcome. : )
Gracias!!!
De nada. : )
I hear the major 7th chords like we sort of get in "Reason To Be." Maybe this was a germ of that song.
I hear "CHIC" Nile Rodgers influence!!
Hey Mark, You've been posting some incredible rarities here! Any chance you have any never-before-seen video footage of the original lineup?
Sadly, no.
KL progressive rock genius

Sounds very Motown
Could’ve been the spinners or even the Isley brothers
