Since my illness has progressed I find ways to relax. I enjoy and find it so relaxing watching my cat chilling, let's face it they do a lot of that. So I took some video for relaxation purposes. Life get's hard at times and you need to take time out to gather your thoughts. Whatever you find Calming find time to do that. Sit in amongst nature, capture the sounds and take them in. Don't stress about things out of your control it's pointless and adds to anxiety. Hope you enjoy my cat Sooty just doing what he does best. Grooming, chilling and sleeping lol
