This is so random but a little tip, don’t rinse your mouth with water after brushing your teeth. it basically undoes all the brushing you just did. You're supposed to keep the toothpaste on your teeth, water and mouthwash take away all the fluoride thats supposed to stay there. I used to use water after too until my dentist told me not to.

I’ve been adding hair oil into my routine lately (coconut oil) but I don’t like the feeling it leaves when I leave it overnight so I might change up my hair routine and add hair oil in the morning and rinse it off at night.

Then i help my mum w her house chores (clean stuff,mop my room,cut vegetables and give it to my mum,dry the clothes,fold them sometimes and drink my green/ginger/lemon tea. I don't like coffee). Ion really see any genz doing that in the first place. They mostly wake up and scroll their Instagram. I don't blame them cus ik how additive social media is. I don't have an Instagram. Never felt like having one or broadcast my life. Is that normal?yes it is. Then i take a shower,do my skincare,get info comfy clothes,sit under sunlight and read a good book sometimes.
