Yes, I remember the exact moment, when it was broadcasted on t.v....I was home from school that day, and I saw my Mom react so intensely about it....It was so sadly horrible.....All around.

Yes, I believe we experienced the same reactions from our Mother's and families. Then Robert Kennedy was shot and killed, and my Mother cried all day. She kept saying "he needs more protection, they'll kill him too", and they did.

Rob Lowe should've been nominated for every TV acting award out there (the Emmy, Golden Globe, SAG, et.al) for this movie---it was outstanding work. I was stunned, I honestly didn't know he had it in him. One of the finest---if not the best---interpretations I've ever seen of John F. Kennedy by an actor.
