P.S. - I use Acceleration (5x) which puts my Sensitivity on a "curve" instead of just linear. meaning, the faster I move my controller, the higher my Sensitivity. For example, if I move my controller very slowly (at 1 degrees per second), my Sensitivity is at its lowest which is 4.5. If I snap my aim real quick, my Sensitivity is at 22.5.
This may seem like a near impossible feat to accurately flick on to enemies and track them but with practice and experience, you do adapt. The reason I prefer this Sensitivity curve is because it gives me WAY more freedom with my controller to treat it much closer to a mouse player with minimal use of the Right Stick and with Ratcheting.

it would be much better if there were a option to just touch the trackpad to disable gyro instead of pressing the trackpad button

Agreed. I have a Dualsense Edge so I have the Touchpad mapped to my back right pedal for this instance.
