Colonel I love this, can't wait for more!! :D BTW I think part of the team issue is that you set them to shoot the longest distances more often, if you lower it a bit, they'll get closer and defenders will miss more :D at the end did you notice the development your goalkeeper got? WHOA!

Without backseat driving in any way, suggest maybe signing a player or two on loan in the positions that you're short. That way you can improve while keeping most of your cash for permanent signings later as you said....... Okay, so maybe a little backseat action...
