Ima say this!, Kudos to both teams for bringing a lot of great material and of course the bands. The GGs might not be everyone's cup of tea but can't deny their ambitiousness, like respect to them because ppl go on about stand routines being too much, but if a team gonna try and go out all out with creativity, I aint never mad at it. I gagged at both the Gg's band reveal routine and then J settes prepared response their "If you seek Amy" routine. Like both brought something, overall I really didn't pick a winner this battle, I guess this my Tie battle of the season. Im telling you, many gonna look back at all this material in access from every squad 5-7 years from now and really hopefully appreciate all of it with new eyes even more than now.
Nelle and the GG's won this battle. Nelle was throwing counts down. The GG's energy and clean moves along with some GG's flare did it. Others will say it's a routine but the routines ate. They didn't look like the other ones before. This is Nelle's brand this year. It has worked because they have won again.

The separation is clear... Jackson when it comes to arranging have mastered partials/overtones. They have mastered juxtaposed, superimposed, interlocked and enclosed harmonies..simply mastered placing each instrument throughout the total arrangement in the most effective route. This is what the other bands lack on a consistent basis. They are getting there but not consistent. Until then Jackson's arrangements will be full, have round timbre/color and unmatched.
Right then add the fact they didn’t play Sticky, Are You That Somebody mix, Return of the Mack, Law & Order, etc. I could go on for days. The Boom spared Alcorn. Literally. Could’ve ran the whole book.

They’ve only had one wow moment this season & that was last week. Everything else has been loose arms, bad timing (per usual), & one girl not knowing the counts. I give the 5th to the gg’s and not just for the stand routine, just a bit more intensity. I loved the dru hill stand best. I also liked the fast jsette stand. I also gave it to the gg’s because that 1 jsette crab kept messing up and just didn’t completed her moves like the rest of the squad.

I must admit! The GGs look amazing. They were very creative however, there were a few mistakes, small details. The Jsettes were so clean, loved the new counts.
Nice work Alcorn and especially the Golden Girls for standing up against a beast like JSU. Keep it up and y’all def in the top 5 best bands for the 2024 season. 💜💛

GGs were the entertaining and clean, but I lost count of how many stand routines they did. They all started running together by the end. I enjoyed the variety of new material, organic moments, new formations and the One stand out stand routine by the Settes. They both looked amazing tho. In their own way, they both won. This is the best the GGs have looked since Kevia was captain imo.
I agree, Kevia’s year was my fav! I wish they would have spread the stand routines out this season, because doing this many for one game was a little excessive.

Sometimes you can do too much and it will mess the whole energy of what your trying to present be negative, example the routine using the band if you do something as that it has got to be dam near out of this world fire or else it becomes doing too much for nothing, overall bothe teams did a fantastic job,next season try not to lose that less is more in your performances,do something here do a little there,stick to your style here,bring new counts there and everything will be good!

I don’t think they looked uninterested but they GGs looked like they were trying very hard. Almost too hard 😂. I don’t know what that stand routine was supposed to be, but it was a lot.. and not in a good way. A fast routine to a medium paced song made everything look rushed 😭

I must admit! The GGs look amazing. They were very creative however, there were a few mistakes, small details. The Jsettes were so clean, loved the new counts.

GGs were the entertaining and clean, but I lost count of how many stand routines they did. They all started running together by the end. I enjoyed the variety of new material, organic moments, new formations and the One stand out stand routine by the Settes. They both looked amazing tho. In their own way, they both won. This is the best the GGs have looked since Kevia was captain imo.
I agree, Kevia’s year was my fav! I wish they would have spread the stand routines out this season, because doing this many for one game was a little excessive.

This the battle we was waiting on? We knew stand routines was coming, but GGs definitely overly prepared for the settes and the settes left they energy in Bama. I could understand if GGs timed their stand routines like the 2nd song a stand routine then the 4th song a stand routine but a stand routine back to back is overkill. Overall I give it to the settes cause they danced and didn't stand routine us to death.

Sometimes you can do too much and it will mess the whole energy of what your trying to present be negative, example the routine using the band if you do something as that it has got to be dam near out of this world fire or else it becomes doing too much for nothing, overall bothe teams did a fantastic job,next season try not to lose that less is more in your performances,do something here do a little there,stick to your style here,bring new counts there and everything will be good!

1. The Settes looked very uninterested in battling their daughters. It’s like dancing in the mirror for 4 quarters. 😂 That “if you seek Amy” stand routine was complexed af! 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🔥🔥🔟🔟
2. The GGs had bout 30 stand routines but only 1 ate…🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾 the rest was 🥱. It was so much going that it didn’t look right😂 like was everybody freestyling??? LESS IS MORE sometimes!
