Young and pretty lady, you convinced me: I'm going to buy a Bigme B751C in the Bigme Official Store. I have it in my cart for US$ 227.05 (including delivery and taxes), but I hope the price falls in the next Black Friday. This Chinese company is very aggressive and competitive. I've got a Kindle Paperwhite 10G, and it is time to change it for another better e-reading. Thanks a lot, especially for explaining the native reader of this model.
This is now your 3rd color e reader? Which has been your favorite so far? The kobo, the boox or the bigme? Or do you think the color is just a gimmick and prefer a standard kindle?
Thanks for the review. It is helpful. What attracts me most about Bigme B751C is that it allows to download 3rd party apps like Kindle or Kobo apps. I'm thinking that maybe I can use this color eink device to read my ebooks across different platforms... but is it feasible? I guess my question for you here is: in your experience, do these 3rd party apps work smoothly on B751C? I've tried other old ebook readers manufactured from some Chinese companies, but 3rd party apps were just simply not workable, limited by Eink technology!
Hi Kayla. thanks for the video. I'm trying to decide between the color and v/w version of this eReader. I noticed you had the brightness level at full in the video. Can you say how dark is the screen for reading when you have NO LIGHT on the device? And compared to a traditional eReader like Kobo? Thank you for any help.
I regret purchasing it and wasted £300 on it, now stuck with it because the seller only accepts a replacement for their hardware defects. It is far away from a great e-reader, the buggy software makes you want to return it as fast as possible. The poor quality hardware, the noise it/the back makes, the button noise, the dark screen and fading colors. Totally not worth the money. 😔

@@KaylaLeRouxI’d be curious on how the Boox & Big Me compare to the Pocketbook Era colour.
