Nice review. I'm switching over from Icebreaker to Arc'teryx, after also having some wear & tear on my Icebreaker shirts

Is this suitable for very hot conditions like a desert due to the upf rating?

These are my favorite performances t. I wear them for hiking, climbing, tennis, running. I have 5 different colors, 2 of them was previous season colors bought at Chicago outlet store for around $30. Too bad they discounted it in 2021

Anyone that would pay $70 for a t-shirt is out of there mind. Such waste and love of expensive things bespeaks of the cruelty of our times.

If you take care of the garment, it's plausible to get 5 years of heavy use out of it. The math works out to be equivalent to purchasing 5 $14 shirts per year. Instead of purchasing more stuff, you invest instead in quality with the hopes that the quality will last.
