    I was waiting for a new blog and finally 😭😭❤️ Thank you for the positivity you give us I lost weight from 59.9 to 49.5 I really don't know what I would have done without your videos I feel like I'm not the only one struggling to lose weight Thank you for posting these videos that are full of enthusiasm and encouragement

      I know, right? When I was testing it I thought it would be cool to share in the vlog! And yes, please add sesame oil at the end, it makes all the difference 😋

    This is great stuff, thanks for posting! Such an inspiration to many, I really like this fitness journey. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

    Have a nice trip. Enjoy fully and relax ^^ good to see you get back on track fewly. Be careful to not be too restrictive and low in intakes. Consistency in long term is better for the mind and body.

    >_< Dyk! I lose my weight from 85 to 48. And now in one month I just gained 10 kg back. Absolutely doing nothing. No motivation for diet anymore. Argh!!!! Just getting depressed day by day :'(

    My weight finally down by one kg after so damn long. Maybe you should change your eating style like caloric deficit instead of IF. Your body maybe used to it already. For me I practice IF bcz I am on caloric deficit for almost a year. Hope u can try it ❤😊

    no deberías hacer ayuno, eso solo genera que tu cuerpo se agote tanto física como mentalmente ya que el desayuno es una de las comidas más importantes del día, si no quieres consumir muchas calorías puedes tomar batidos de frutas y verduras, o preparar recetas saludables el día anterior como por ejemplo avena, chía, pancakes, etc.
