Trust me when I tell you it sounds more romantic and cool than it is in reality. I hate to say it, but this home and outbuildings need demolition. Demolition and construction of a modern (retro looking) home with a full basement and a huge barn turns this into a gentleman's farm with high curb appeal and value.

Romance has no price. Worth like beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Although, I do understand your particular point.🙂
People with your attitude shouldn’t be permitted anywhere near historic properties. Go live in some bleak modern suburb.
