Nigeria's central bank has since cleared a backlog of around $137 million in foreign exchange owed to international airlines. After bilateral talks , Nigeria was removed from the banned list. Yet the U.A.E refuses to freely receive Nigerians. They will say Nigerians are not banned but will not issue any visa to Nigerians except official or VVIPs. So it’s not like Nigerians did any really bad. All countries of the world has the good the bad and the ugly, including the UAE.
