Nice idea,however they need to make it so that you can unclip the door instead of having to unscrew the mechanism from the carcass and removing it .i work in the kitchen manufacturing industry.

You will hurt your head adjusting the gaps, a slight shift of cabinet carcase will tilt the door, Aside from the fact thatyou cannot drill that hinge hole perfectly align without the computerized machine.
Ill stick with tje concealed hinges
