Actually the yellow blue and red colours on the face isn't originally from tik tok, I saw ir years ago and used to do that myself! It's for skin tone, yellow for the forehead, red for the cheeks and nose, and teal/blue for the jaw and chin. That's just the simplified version, and the tik tok artist hack was still simplified. The more detailed version is what i mentioned with the addition ofblue/teal under the eyes, desaturated nose bridge, pink lips, yellow near the ends of the lips, and red more on the tip of the nose. You blur and blend and play around with the opacity and blending modes. It's literally just to help with skin tones, the tik tok didn't really do a good job at explaining it

Kooleen testing every single art trick and having mixed results is a mood to me... honestly I should try doing these myself but my art is already a actual monster (I draw a actual mimic really, long story but my emotional support character is a creature from a horror game), so my results are gonna be even more mixed

Yellow: Top
Red: Cheeks
Brown: Bottom and neck
