Those who seek to exclude groups of people from Parkrun misunderstand completely why this community walk/run/cycle/dog walk/skate/costume party event exists and what it seeks to achieve. Imposing barriers to participation goes completely against the ethos of Parkrun, which seeks only to improve public health for everyone, regardless of age, ability, gender.
