Mate I just wanted to thank you for giving the weight of the bike at the start, I've been looking around to try to get information for wall mounting my lanai, and I was turning up nothing in my online searches until I found your review. I can't thank you enough for including that information.
I have one. I love it. I'm not an expert but I ride around town and some forest trails for exercise and enjoyment. It works great for me.

I Ross, you have reviewed many Kona bikes. I bought the Blast 2021 based on your review. Could you do a video on what upgrade path one should consider for these bikes. Second BB making a knocking sound on the down stroke any Ideas plz.
Good tip with the clips needing replaced with cable ties, had them dislodge the first run down some single track
Just bought this exact bike for $140 used. The front derailer was lowered down touching the chainring. I am no bike mechanic but it's better for sure but I can't reverse my pedals more than a rotation or two or the chain comes off. I just need to invest the time and learn how to really dig deeper into fixing bikes. I'm sure with all the videos I could learn something or two. I can't afford to bring the bikes in for repairs so I figure I should learn.

I have never really understood why US Law requires the front brake on the right side on motorcycles and left side on Bicycles. I'm sure it made sense at the time each regulation was formulated. I generally switch my BC to the British Pattern since I like my BC and MC to be the same.
Bought my Kona Lanai earlier this month. I was wondering what the measurement of the headset is because I want to buy the headset online.
If I order one online are they easy to put together , like a bike in a box etc.

main difference is the double ring at the front on the lanai and single ring on the front of the lava
Frothy do you think the lanai is as good as the lava dome? I noticed they are the same price and look similar apart from brakes and drivetrain
I think the crank sets different also I've been looking at that bike
I’m interested in receiving mine, I ordered it in April 2021 and was told it came with a lockout suspension… I am to have mine in the next

Just to confirm the fork is not lock out and is non adjustable, they are basic forks on this model. Hopefully this doesn’t put you off enjoying it when you receive it.

That is a heavy bike..the roscoe is around the same weight

120 może nie wystarczyć, polecam mininum 130 thru axle. Stery będą do wymiany.

He did say they are tapered when it gets to end of video. Go to 5:50 and watch onwards.
Can you put a 10 speed cassette
Yes 10spd would fit wheel however the rear mech would need to be upgraded to 10spd aswell as the shifter
