A Mario Kart 8 Deluxe lobby in which only one person plays as Waluigi is something I thought I'd never see.
I once got in a lobby where 6 out of 11 people were Waluigi.
I didn't do well. I no longer play online regionals between 12am and 6am.

i love it when people think heavy people matter online nothing means anything unless its itemless
The Biddybuggy and Rollers can be used with anyone, and I’ve found light characters like Baby Mario to be even more effective. You can ignore the speed and weight stats in MK8, as they generally mean nothing. Acceleration is absolutely the most important, with Handling in 2nd place and Traction in 3rd. The higher your acceleration, the better.

U just gotta find the cart/bike that's best for you and character too. I like the comet bike bc its extremely good for sharp turns and i like doing sharp turn for that turbo boost
Yo imma bout to start the new meta- azure roller to replace roller. It's not any difference in stats but its totally more meta.
It still bothers me how each of the Koopalings got their own slot on the roster, eating up eight total slots. Those slots could have been reserved for other characters, like Captain Falcon, or seven variants of me.

Anything with roller wheels and either biddy buggy or mr scooty is meta
I've been playing mariokart since I was like 2. I've played Double dash, DS, wii, 7 and 8 DX I've loved them all. I pretty much exclusively played as small characters like dry bones and the standard carts and end up doing pretty well even in a full "waluigi meta" lobby. Pointless ramble I know but I just love mariokart it basically raised me ok

My parents got me and my sister a Wii U with Mario Kart and Splatoon on it.
I then occasionally played splatoon
When 2 years later I got a switch and thought “huh splatoon, that was fun.” So I got splat 2

😂 and that’s why I always go with Isabelle and the Animal Crossing themed stuff. That’s good enough to put me top 3 often, don’t need to sweat the meta because in the end even if you have the skills, a blue shell will say hi.

Ok, NO, the most common combination is "the wrigller kart", and of the two tiny tires, and in my opinion the cloud glider, mainly cause it gives the most star boosts.

Speed and Control. Good for 200cc.
