    I don't see Auto Attendant in my manager, how else can I see my auto attendant that is set up?

    How can I use Auto Attendant in case " no answer / busy". Example: Customer call ---> greeting --> dial 0 to Operator ( and group of Operator) but all group busy ---> "Greeting" Busy
